4. SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

4.1 Shipping Regions and Delivery Times

We ship orders worldwide. Estimated delivery times by region (excluding processing time of 2 days):

  • United States: 7-12 business days
  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Australia: 8-11 business days
  • Worldwide (International): 9-16 business days

"Due to the nature of our products, all orders are shipped via a specialized medical-grade shipping route to ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and your privacy. This discreet shipping method may result in slightly longer delivery times compared to standard carriers, but it guarantees that your order arrives safely, intact, and in unmarked packaging. We take this extra step to protect both the quality of your products and your personal privacy."

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

4.2 Shipping Carriers

Delivery companies may vary based on the exact location of the customer to ensure optimal service and delivery times. We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and regional postal services depending on your destination.

4.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination and order value:

United States:

  • Standard delivery: $12 - $19 per shipment
  • Free shipping for orders over $53.00

International (Canada, Australia, and Rest of World):

  • Calculated based on weight and destination
  • Exact costs will be displayed during checkout

4.4 International Shipping and Customs

For orders shipped outside the United States (including Canada, Australia, and other international destinations), customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer upon delivery or as required by local customs authorities.

Oona Organic has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing an order.

4.5 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (2 days) + Shipping Time

Example for US orders: 2 days processing + 6-9 days shipping = 8-11 total business days

If you have ordered items with different availability or delivery times, we reserve the right to ship your order in separate packages or when all items are available. You will be notified if this occurs.

4.6 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's progress to your destination.

4.7 Fulfillment Partners

To maintain efficient inventory management and ensure reliable delivery worldwide, Oona Organic works with external logistics partners for order fulfillment. Some shipments may be processed through our partner facilities to optimize delivery times. All products are inspected and quality-checked by our team or certified partners before dispatch.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

5.1 Stripe Payment Gateway

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club)
  • Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) where available

Stripe uses industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant security measures. Oona Organic does not store your complete card details.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payment is due immediately upon order placement. Your order will be processed only after successful payment authorization. In case of payment failure or suspected fraud, we will notify you via email and reserve the right to cancel the order.

5.3 Currency and Taxes

Currency: All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. For international customers, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees if your account is in a different currency.

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and current US state and local tax laws. International customers are responsible for any VAT, GST, or other local taxes as per section 4.4.
